The Marketing Department at Mass General Brigham Health Plan is searching for a talented and enthusiastic designer (Designer) who can help implement our new Mass General Brigham brand across our system and inject fresh perspective to our storytelling. This position presents the opportunity to be part of shaping creative strategies for a world-leading organization filled with highly talented and compassionate people who work to improve lives through better health. The Designer will play an important role in bringing Mass General Brigham ’s brand to life and helping patients find the world-class care they need.

The Designer will report to the Creative Director who heads up the creative services team and oversees all creative design executions within Marketing and across the organization. The designer will execute on a variety of design projects in a high-quality, effective, thoughtful, timely and cost-effective manner.

This is a hands-on role where the Designer will receive direction from creative leadership and collaborate with members of the brand and creative team.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support and execute implementations of the Mass General Brigham brand across the organization
- Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the organization
- Support marketing efforts based on the creative strategies
- Manage the effective production of a wide range of creative projects start to finish
- Stay up to date on state-of-the-art production methods
- Resourceful, collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bring innovative and fresh perspectives to our design solutions consistent with Mass General Brigham’s dedication to innovation in patient care and medical discovery
