Event Marketing Assistant

We have an immediate need for an Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our events team and customer care professionals to meticulously plan and execute events from inception to completion.

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with event colleagues, sales professionals, and customer service personnel to amplify brand awareness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Meet personal and event team sales goals
- Provide customers with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information for maximum value
- Cultivate long-term customer connections and trust through transparent communication
- Collaborate with management to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Manage the overall event aesthetic, layout, and design
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to attract new consumers

Qualifications for an Event Marketing Assistant:

- Preferred: Experience in customer service or events; not mandatory
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Adaptability to various personality types
- Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills
- High school diploma required
