Job Description: As a Certified Sterile Processing Tech, your role is critical in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of medical instruments and equipment. Here are some key responsibilities:
1. Sterilization and Disinfection: Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of sterile supplies.
3. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and quality standards.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with surgical teams to provide sterile instruments during procedures.

- Patient Services: APD serves over 90,000 patients and provides a variety of services.
- Specialty Surgery: Known for specialty surgeries, especially in orthopedics and neurosurgery, APD performs more than 340 inpatient surgeries and over 1,600 outpatient surgeries annually.
