Bridal Consultant

White Atelier is looking for a Professional Stylist with a passion for client service and an expertise in luxury bridal and formalwear. The White Atelier Stylist must embody a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences through exemplary selling skills, confidence, product knowledge, and a drive to exceed client expectations. Our stylists play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client retention, and driving business revenue. The Stylist will work among a diverse sales-team, and report to the boutique’s leadership. Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and hospitality by greeting, listening and assisting clients by exceeding their expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product and styling.Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every guest and client.Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreachUtilize technology and virtual selling for outreach to clients and offer the full breadth of White Atelier products.Develop strong product knowledge across all catalogues - bridal, suiting, footwear, jewelry, formalwear, and special occasions.Maintain a professional appearance and behaviors while following dress, presentation and grooming standards.Always adhere to company policies and procedures.Assist with inventory, special events and projects as needed.Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.Maintain open, professional, and ongoing communications with management and colleaguesAbility to network and socialize with our target customers.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
