**Job Type**: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

**Salary: $90,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)**

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Installation of Windows and Doors**:

- Accurately measure and assess the installation area.
- Install a variety of windows and doors according to specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and sealing to guarantee energy efficiency and security.
- ** Carpentry Skills**:

- Utilize carpentry tools and equipment to prepare installation sites.
- Cut and shape materials to fit specific openings, ensuring a precise and snug fit.
- ** Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of finished installations to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- ** Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and provide professional advice on window and door options.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including project managers and contractors, to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
