**Overview**:
Our company Three Ladies and a Mop Cleaning Services are seeking a dedicated experienced Professional Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various environments.

**Duties**:

- Launder and clean designated areas following specific procedures
- Perform custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices, buildings, or other facilities
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently and ensure spaces are well-maintained
- Sanitize surfaces to prevent the spread of germs
- Handle floor care duties which consist of mopping
- Execute residential cleaning tasks in homes or apartments
- Ensure before and after photos are taken from the work you have completed
- Communicate with management immediately regarding any concerns or complaints that our customers may have
- Complete Checklist after completing each job component within residential or commercial cleaning jobs.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices
- Ability to sanitize effectively to maintain hygiene standards
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential cleaning is a plus

**Expectations**:

- Must be able to pass a local background screening
- Flexible availability during weekdays and or weekends
- We need someone professional, reliable, and that has excellent time management skills. (In other words be punctual to all scheduled cleaning appointments)
- Have excellent customer service skills with our customers and provide the highest standards of excellence in terms of cleaning.
- Must have a means of transportation and a driver license in good standing
