**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service or a comparable customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems to efficiently handle administrative responsibilities.
