- Assist and greet parents upon arrival and departure.

- Oversee Lillio software on a day-to-day operation.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining comprehensive filing system, including archival and storage inventories.

- Create staff meeting agenda, take minutes of staff meetings, administration meetings, and parent meetings.
- Assist Director with classrooms and teacher supervision on a daily basis.
- Step in as Director when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of in-service and other professional development opportunities, as well as meetings.
- Step into classrooms as needed
- Oversee Facility Coordinator and the managing of floaters.
- Oversee volunteerism and its complete process.
- Perform informal classrooms and student observations to assist the director in evaluations
- Make appointments, maintain calendars, schedule home visits, staff, children, and volunteer orientations.
- Schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and attend meetings
- Produce various documents, flyer, and other related material
- Operate various office equipment
- Assist in school wide inventory as scheduled
- Record daily attendance of students and staff, and document staff hours, assist Director with payroll.
- Assist with monthly expenses, tuition, and monthly reports.
- Perform other clerical or support related roles as designated by Center Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Profession of faith in Jesus Christ
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma/ CDA and/or;
- Meets qualifications to obtain Directors Credential
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a role at a Texas DFPS licensed child-care with a minimum of 6 months in an administrative role.
- Pass criminal background check and fingerprinting by all appropriate agencies
- Provide proof of current training in CPR & First Aid
- Able to perform physical activities such as, but limited to, lifting children or heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
- Able to work safely in an environment containing biological conditions, such as bodily fluids, wastes, and germs.

**ABILITY TO**:

- Interact positively with children and adults with children and adults, acting as an appropriate adult role model showing competency, good judgement, and self-control.
- Implement and supervise a program based on the child development principles.
- Communicate effectively in English

**LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE**:
