**Job Title: Warehouse/Driver**
**Full Time/Non-Exempt**
**Location: Oswego, IL**
**Reports To: Branch Manager**

**What You'll Do**:

- Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
- Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
- Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and clean 5-year driving record.
- Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

**Work Environment**: Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screens is required and must be 18 years of age to operate forklift._
