**Responsibilities**
- Maintain an active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
- Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit proven leadership ability and hospital operational expertise.
- Act as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing, change and conflict management, data analysis, coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, and business strategy development.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.

**Preferred**:

- 5 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.

**Licenses and Certifications**

Current Arizona RN License in the applicable discipline.

Department-specific certifications such as BLS and ACLS.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
