This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service and likes to be on his/her feet. Must be comfortable working independently, although part of the larger Guest Services team.

Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:

- All resort features, services and hours of operation to direct guests.
- Knowledge of events/weddings.
- Scheduled group activities.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
- Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the gate house or bell stand.
- Handle guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner; directing to Front Office or Rooms Director promptly.
- Accommodate all requests for information in a professional manner.
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow employees.
- Assist guest arrivals with luggage and bags; open doors and provide outstanding bell service.
- Welcome and direct guests as entering the property; handle unwelcome travelers and enforce employee parking restrictions.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
