**Job Duties**:
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, implement, and oversee SWPPP crews and the installation of BMPs for residential home builders
- Maintain documentation and adherence to timelines while ensuring procedures, quality standards, and workflow are met
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules; highlighting issues and deviations
- Collaborate with operations to allocate and schedule resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Work closely and communicate with AMs, CMs, DEMs, and project managers to ensure all needs and inspection report actions are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Consult and advise with customers to determine objectives and requirements and/or recommendations on SWPPP issues
- Build strong working relationships to maintain satisfied customers
- Supervise and perform quality control on sites daily ensuring company standards and completion of work
- Order materials or specifics needed for jobs (rock, mulch, & etc.)
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Leadership skills, independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
