Endoscopy Technician

**Emerson Endoscopy & Digestive Health Center (EDHC) a GI Ambulatory Surgical Center in Concord, MA has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time & Per Diem Endoscopy Technicians to join the team**

**What you will be working on**:

- Assist physicians in endoscopic procedures under the supervision of the physician
- Setting up &/or breaking down patient procedure rooms
- Assisting clinical team in delivering high quality professional care while achieving optimal patient satisfaction
- Decontamination and reprocessing of endoscopic equipment
- The care and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and other patient care equipment
- Assisting the registered nurse, as directed, in the patient admission, recovery, and / or discharge process as necessary. 

**What you’ll know**:

- A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- GI experience preferred, preferably in an ASC or GI Suite
- BLS Certification (can be completed upon hire)
- Endoscopy or Surgical Technician experience preferred
- Knowledge of EMR and medical terminology
- Must be a team-player with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism
