**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Contribute and work effectively as part of Kerry North America’s Senior Management team to deliver the agreed Annual Business Plan targets
- Have C-Suite Level relationship with key retail clients.
- Maintain and continue to build and grow a high performing business development and sales team
- Play a key role in the development, implementation, and achievement of annual budgets
- Work cross-functionally (operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure customer performance goals are met.
- Travel requirements: 60% initially, moderating to 40-50%
**Qualifications and skills**:
- BS Degree in Business or related field-MBA highly preferred. Minimum 15 years’ experience with progressive responsibilities in a food ingredients business (taste & nutrition, flavors, or functional ingredients, preferred), and a minimum of 8 years in commercial management roles working with food retailers and food manufacturers.
- Has strong and current high level relationships with key decision makers at target customers.
- Actively grown a business organically through new customer acquisition and customer penetration
- Experience with successful acquisitions
- Actively participated in new product development
- Experience in a matrix organizational structure in a complex multi-national company
- Success in developing high-performing teams and positive work culture
