**Position Overview**

Are you ready to be the linchpin that ensures quality healthcare, seamless patient care, and a dynamic communication flow between patients, healthcare providers, and our dedicated team? As a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician at Strive Pharmacy, your role is nothing short of extraordinary. You're the heart of our commitment to excellence, safeguarding the highest standards of compliance as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Key Responsibilities**

Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll:

- Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.
- Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
- Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.

**Work Environment**
- Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues.
- Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Occasionally stand and walk within the facility.
- Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.
- Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.

**Required Qualifications**
- A GED or high school diploma.
- A clean criminal record with no felonies.
- Completion of a recognized PTCB course.
- An active State technician or technician trainee license.

**Desired Skills**
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Background in customer service.
