Business Office Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and health-minded individual to join our team Applicant must be reliable, friendly, honest and have compassion for helping others. We are a new and upcoming high volume Chiropractic office.
**This is not a DESK JOB. This job requires you to be on your feet during all shifts and assisting our doctors during patient hours. Applicant must be comfortable with starting conversations with new patients and MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ANSWERING PHONES. Must also be able to MULTITASK in a high speed environment. We are an extremely busy office and need someone highly motivated to grow with us Lots of opportunity for additional bonuses
Additional compensation include: Monthly Collection Bonuses & Quarterly Bonuses
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently as a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent MULTITASKING skills in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable meeting new people
- HIGHLY ORGANIZED for the ability to multitask
- Strong verbal communication skills when answering phones
- Ability to work on social platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Upbeat attitude and easily approachable
**Workings Days**:
- Monday
- 8:30AM - 1:00PM / 2:30PM-6:30PM
- Tuesday
- 10:00AM-6:30PM
- Wednesday
- 8:30AM - 1:00PM / 2:30PM-6:30PM
- Thursday
- 1:00PM - 7:00PM
- Friday
- 7:30AM - 12:30PM
Additional hours may be added for training and conferences. Two weekend conferences a year will take place at a remote location, all expenses paid.
Perks

**Job duties**:
- Greeting patients and guiding them through check in/check out procedures
- Encouraging and uplifting patients as they come in for treatment
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting payments
- Administrative support of all marketing initiatives
- Texting patients through our platform using correct spelling/punctuation
- Booking online patient appointments
- Assisting Doctor's in patient flow
- Assisting patients throughout the office
- Handling office stats
- Assigning and accountability for office goals

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
