- Provide case management services to clients in need of behavioral health support
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with external agencies and resources to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Offer crisis intervention and management services as needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Assist clients in accessing childcare services, Section 8 housing, and other community resources
- Provide mentoring and guidance to clients on social work-related matters

**Skills**:

- Experience in behavioral health, child welfare, addiction counseling
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs
- Ability to perform crisis intervention and management effectively
- Strong background in childcare services
- Excellent social work skills for client advocacy and support

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
