**Responsibilities**
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Make drinks (bubble tea/fruit tea/ brewed tea)
- Take orders and process orders
- Proficiently operate POS system and catering services
- Provide informative solutions to customer questions about our products
- Preparation (cutting fruits purees, cooking bubble, brewing tea, and making toppings)
- Clean the working station thoroughly before, during, and after order
- Follow the store’s protocols for management, scheduling, opening, and closing
- Work well as a team player in order to create a cohesive workflow
- Attention to details
- Maintain a clean work-space by washing utensils, scrubbing counters & other areas, throwing the trash, and mopping the floor.
- Previous bubble tea or coffee shop experience a plus
- Long-term employment
- Reliable and is a team-worker

**Skills**
- Strong Customer service skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant training is a plus
