**StoneTurn is seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team**

You are responsible for setting a high professional standard possible in a work environment that is creative, dynamic, and visually appealing for our owners, staff, and clients. You will provide local office management, administrative support to executives and local staff, and support on client matters within the local office.

You are a highly motivated individual with superior communication skills and a positive, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude. You will interact with the firm’s professionals and client contacts handling sensitive information requiring considerable tact, discretion, and confidentiality. Each day you will use your advanced administrative and analytical skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Engagement Support - **Assist engagement teams in client matters including report writing (drafting, grammar, document sourcing, footnotes, quality checks, etc.) conflict checks, requests for proposals, binder preparation, court docket research and analysis, and documentation requests and other tasks as needed. Maintain an average chargeability of 40% or more throughout the year.
- **Overall Office Management - **Ensure that the overall physical office and equipment is maintained, operational and projects a professional appearance for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include office facilities maintenance, office-wide mailings (FedEx), managing vendor relationships including ordering healthy office snacks and coffee/tea, managing security badges, upkeeping office appearance in common areas and maintaining supply areas and back-up inventories.
- **Executive and Staff Support - **Provide administrative support including travel, expense reporting, preparing agendas, organizing office meetings, maintaining records and files, periodically assisting with logístical planning for firm meetings, performing conflict checks and responding to technology requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Associates degree or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn various systems as necessary.
- Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in professional services as a legal or research analyst.
- Experience using subscription tools including Pacer (or Pacer Pro) and Law360 among other tools, to download and analyze case docket information.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive “roll-up-sleeves” attitude and pleasant demeanor
- Must be able to handle and protect confidential information.
