Mold Maker

As we continue to expand we are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilites: As a Mold Maker at Behrens Tool & Die, Inc you will be responsible for:
1. Mold Fabrication: Create detailed and precise molds based on engineering specifications and product requirements.

2. Tooling and Machining: Operate a variety of machining tools and equipment to shape, cut, and finish molds accurately.

3. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of molds to ensure they meet design standards and make any necessary adjustments.

4.Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on molds to prolong their lifespan and address any issues that arise during production.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience in an Injection Mold Manufacturing environment.

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or apprenticeship in mold making is a plus.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings, using CAD software, and operating various machining tools, knowledge of Mastercam preferred.

4. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of molds.

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
