**NICU Director Needed**
We are seeking a dedicated NICU Nurse to join our Hospital's Nursing team in Austin, TX. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a team-oriented environment. Great opportunity for an RN to make an impact while being properly supported
- Base salary starting at $137k, increases depending on experience
- Full-time (12hr shifts): Monday-Friday, No Weekends
- Level III NICU

**Requirements**:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing - Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required, MSN preferred
- Current active Texas or compact state RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience and 1 year RN leadership experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), and/or RNC-OB certifications all preferred
Pay: From $137,000.00 per year
