Analyst I

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Product Development Specialist to join our team for a hybrid role in Woonsocket, RI. Must be able to maintain a hybrid schedule which requires onsite Tuesday through Thursday. (work from home Monday and Friday only)

As an Product Specialist, you will be a critical contributor to the creation and management of our Private Label business. You will be accountable in attaining budgeted sales, margin, and winning market share within the business. This role will be directly involved with driving pricing, product, display, reporting, and go-to-market strategy of our Own Brands.

We are looking for creative merchandising and marketing leaders who push boundaries, for the consumer and for the business.May be open to new college grads if prior intern experience

**Role Responsibilities** - Leverage insights and data to ensure that Brands are and continues to be ahead of the market for our customers - Monitor operational opportunities and communicate with team on ideas for improvement of assortment and messaging of our private brands - Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and suppliers - Superior financial acumen - Responsible for contributing to product quality, costs and packaging - Key support in brand strategy creation - Manage private label assortment across store and digital channels - Prepare high quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups

**Required Skills/Experience**
- 1+ years experience in a business environment (preferably Retail or Client).
- 3+ years working experience with Excel and other Microsoft systems

**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree Required

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST
