As An Entry Level Sales Support Agent, You Will Be:

- Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
- Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
- Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in order to prepare report for the insurance claim
- Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
- Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
- Collaborating as a team with fellow Customer Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals

Basic Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Sales Support Agent:

- 0-2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative or Sales Representative
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- US Work Authorization
