This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of clerical, billing, collection and reimbursement duties to support front office operations. These duties include, but are not limited to: (1) Use of desktop computer using Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS and EMR system; (2) answering the phone in a courteous and cheerful manner; (3) completing financial reviews to include verification of insurance coverage and benefits; (4) counseling persons and families on copays, coinsurance, deductibles and any applicable Monthly Ability to Pay (MAP) fees; (5) scanning documents into multiple electronic health record; (6) scheduling appointments; (7) greeting and checking persons in virtually or at a front desk; (8) processing collections on accounts; and (9) establishing payment plans to resolve account balances. This position must interact with all people and agencies in a professional and helpful way, at a variety of workstations. The position must participate in supervisory meetings and training as required and must maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Salary**: $17.30 - $20.05/hr

Applicable Differentials:
.75/hour Bilingual

1.00/hour Two Years with BTCS

Flexible Spending Accounts: Optional pre-tax contributions for medical reimbursement and dependent care plans.

Retirement Plans:
401A: Through this governmental plan, we offer a 7% match to employee contributions.

457/403(b): Through these governmental plans, employees may contribute pre-tax earnings for retirement. Employees may participate on the first day of employment.
