**How you make a difference**:
As a Barber, you'll excel in cutting hair with precision while prioritizing tool safety and shop hygiene. Your responsibilities will include sterilizing equipment, organizing appointments, and potentially working in diverse settings such as housing units. You'll also assist clients in enhancing their grooming techniques, manage supply inventory, and tackle any additional tasks as required, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hair cutting using professional tools while ensuring their safekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sterilizing equipment and keeping the shop sanitary.
- Collaborate with leadership to schedule appointments and keep records of services provided.
- Assist clients in learning grooming skills and may provide services in housing units as required.
- Provide regular supply and equipment needs assessments while completing any related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
- Knowledge and experience in cutting hair and basic grooming.

Licenses/Certifications
- Certification or license for Barber/stylist as required by the state work being performed.
