**About the Role**

**What you can do for us**:

- Responsible for assisting with planning, reporting and analysis - Budget, Reforecast, Monthly Financial Review
- Understand and identify business drivers for variances including volume, rate/price and mix
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial support for business case related to new product development, capex spending, cost savings, etc. utilizing corporate finance techniques such as DCF, NPV, Breakeven, Payback, and Sensitivity analysis
- Analyze data, derive insights and provide recommendations to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate with other members of the finance team and cross functional leaders to review financial information, challenge assumptions and build budgets/forecasts
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in building a full set of financial statements (PL, BS, CF) for forecasting and budgeting

**Requirements**:

- Required Bachelor’s degree - Finance or Accounting
- 1-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or operations support
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and experience in ERP systems, Sage X3 preferred, Oracle, and EPM/HFM reporting platforms
- Must possess strong Excel skills, including the ability to build detailed models and use pivot tables
- Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must be proficient in general computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to think creatively and work with management to identify new opportunities to improve business processes or functions
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Possesses strategic thinking and presentation skills

**Compensation**
