The mission of the UCLA Center for the Developing Adolescent (CDA) is to advance the developmental science of adolescence as well as the use of this science to improve the health, education, and well-being of youth.**Salary & Compensation**

**Qualifications**
- Research 3-5 years of experience. (required)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and manage feedback. (required)
- Applied understanding of science-based communication, translation, and initiatives for child or adolescent development. (required)
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, including active listening and political acumen, to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. (required)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines across multiple projects. (required)
- Experience with public speaking. (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with meticulous attention to detail. (required)

**Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations**
- PhD Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
