The Home2 Suites by Hilton Wilkes-Barre is looking for dedicated, hard-working, responsible, friendly, and professional individuals to create our team.

The position of **Houseperson** plays an important part in guest satisfaction and appearance of the property. The houseperson role will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of our public and back of the house spaces. This is a service-oriented position that will require teamwork, customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail, time management, and organization. The role will be in a fast-paced environment at times that requires standing for long periods, use of cleaning chemicals, and some lifting. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Following all hotel and cleaning policies
- Cleaning lobby, hallways, and public spaces
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning and organizing back of house areas
- Monitoring and reporting the condition of all spaces
- Laundry
- Providing outstanding customer service

Starting rate will be commensurate with experience. This shift will be during the late afternoon and evening hours. Benefits also include enrollment in Hilton’s travel program. We look forward to creating a great team of outstanding individuals
