Lenity is a specialty hospital in the bay area who provides quality care and an exceptional level of service to our clients, and we are looking to add another ER technician to our team.

Lenity opened in 2019 as a surgical referral center. We have since expanded to add an internal medicine department and an emergency department. Lenity gets its name from the Latin word _lenitas_, meaning gentleness. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of veterinary clinical experience. An RVT license is preferred. Do you have your sterile resource technician certification? We appreciate the knowledge and training our technicians bring to us.

What does the work look like? Our ER techs will triage each patient and provide the necessary treatment based on the doctors’ recommendations. We are a paperless practice using EzyVet & smart flow for our hospital software. We use the latest technology including ultrasound, endoscope, complete in-house lab, and a ventilator. Our ER technicians assist with surgery on occasion.

We offer differential pay for overnights as well as weekends.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- emergency veterinary: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (preferred)
- California RVT license (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- San Mateo, CA 94401 (required)
