**Position: Overnight Honda Automotive Dealership Service Advisor** **Shift: 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM - NO WEEKENDS**
**About Us**: At McGrath Honda of St. Charles, we take pride in delivering exceptional automotive services to our valued customers. As an authorized Honda dealership, we are committed to providing top-quality maintenance, repairs, and customer support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and initiate the service write-up process during the overnight shift.
- Listen attentively to customers' vehicle concerns, accurately documenting information for technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their service and any additional recommendations.
- Provide detailed explanations of service options, including pricing, and obtain customer approvals for recommended repairs.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Generate accurate and detailed repair orders, ensuring billing accuracy and proper documentation.
- Process payments and provide receipts for customers, maintaining secure transactions during the night shift.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the Service industry preferred
- Willingness to participate in training to gain knowledge of Honda vehicles, their systems, and maintenance requirements.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Willingness to participate in training to maximize proficiency in dealership management systems and service software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks during the overnight shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the overnight shift hours.
