Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
This could be a part or full time depending on the person. Very varied position. Requires some mechanical aptitude, need to be able to lift 70 pounds.

Disaster Specialists is a fire and flood restoration company. We clean up and repair homes after they have sustained unexpected damage. This position helps support the ten or so crews we dispatch to various locations on cape cod and southeastern Mass. daily.

The list of potential tasks and responsibilities:
Open the building in the morning 6:45 AM and facilitate the morning dispatch.

Control and know the whereabouts of our various tools and equipment. Hundreds of items - computer skills and organizational skills are required.

Keeping our equipment clean and ready to use order.

Ordering and maintaining stock of our consumables

Physically maintenance of the warehouse and grounds

Facilitate vehicle repairs

Facilitate equipment repairs

Picking up of our equipment in the field (this is the difference maker between full and part time)

Monitoring the dryness of our water damage projects (would require technical training - again the difference between full and part time position)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
