**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Coordinate and perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles to meet quality standards
- Efficiently operate and maintain car wash equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Manage vehicle detailing tasks, including buffing, cleaning, and window tinting, to ensure superior results
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the car wash area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for employees and customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in car detailing, buffing, and window tinting, with strong leadership skills
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure thorough vehicle cleaning and detailing
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive or service industry
- Knowledge of basic custodial practices and willingness to assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
