**Compensation: $85,000-$95,000**

**Location: La Mesa, California**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client- Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor (for cases that have a clinical supervisor and clinical manager)- Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors-
- Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Develop progress reports detailing client achievement- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments- Conduct supervision, parent education and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases’ authorized treatment hours
- Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field- Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations),- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals- Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans
