Neighbors NY, a home care company in Queensbury, is looking for an RN to learn our business and work with our current P/T Clinical Supervisor to ensure that our licensed home care clients receive the appropriate care. Job entails performing initial assessments, preparing care plans, visiting clients in their homes to reassess their situations, overseeing HHAs and PCAs on our staff, and maintaining paperwork to meet DOH standards. We offer a competitive hourly wage, a comfortable and relaxed work environment, and a flexible schedule to work with your needs. The right person may grow the job into a full-time position.
Neighbors NY is a small private pay home care company that has been in business since 2006. Our mission is to **START WITH HEART AND FOCUS ON SERVICE** as we help the seniors in our area to age in place with grace and dignity. We strive to find the perfect match of caregiver and client to facilitate the best client care.

- **Self starter.** You will have support from the office staff, but you are truly in charge and control how you complete your work on a day to day basis.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
