**Job Description**:
We are looking for a proactive Automotive BDC Representative to engage with potential and existing customers, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments for our sales department. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and Confirm customer appointments
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts to schedule sales consultations and test drives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of appointments.

Qualifications:

- Previous BDC experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
This position offers commission-based pay with no benefits.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
