**Garage Attendant**

Green Hill Condominiums is a friendly community of 543 condominium apartments situated on 23 beautifully wooded and landscaped acres in Wynnewood, PA. The Green Hill Condominiums is managed by First Services Management Company, under the oversight of the Green Hill Board of Directors. We are currently seeking people to join our House keeping team.
- Park and retrieve owner, guest and associate vehicles when requested.
- Washes and polishes vehicles during specific seasons.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in public parking facilities, customer service,
- possession of and ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.

- Assist concierge as needed.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed.

Physical Demands:

- Physically able to operate vehicles.
- Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas.
- Physically able to stand and to work on hands and knees for long periods of time.
- Physically able to wash and clean vehicles.

Salary Range: starting at 16.00/hourly
