Videographer/editor

We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content primarily focused on recruiting new door-to-door sales representatives and attracting homeowners interested in solar energy.

At Nova Home, we're passionate about mentoring hungry individuals to reach their first six-figures of income through solar sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for recruiting purposes and promotional content.
- Conduct occasional lifestyle shoots in various locations around Central Florida.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Entry-level experience in videography or film production.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing video content.
- Own equipment necessary for video production.
- Creative mindset with a drive to excel and advance your career.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Enrolled in or pursuing a degree related to videography or film.
- Familiarity with various video editing software.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

**Compensation**:
$18-30 per hour, depending on experience level.

Pay: $21.14 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
