pplies. Background in Food Prep in a restaurant or bakery is a plus. Additional tasks involving working with our computer to print orders, labels and organize the production work flow. THIS IS A PART TIME JOB - working YEAR ROUND. The work week is 3-4 days week — approx. 12-18 hrs week. *Responsibilities:*
- Comprehend & memorize Production Recipes, & product abbreviations
- Basic Math skills for weighing package/portion sizes
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances *Qualifications:*
- H.S. Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Excel, Word or Google Docs.
- Previous experience in Beverage service a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to keep up with physical demands including, standing for extended periods, frequent bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work well in teams
- Experience that would be a plus in baking &/or as a baker Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week Benefits:
