- Deltek Cobra: 5 years (required)
- PMP (preferred)

**Duties and responsibilities could include**:

- Support and coordinate project management through analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Develop budgets and schedules to conform to project requirements.
- Generate purchase requests and vendor paperwork in assigned projects.
- Support monthly financial projections by analyzing consultant, employee, and subcontract labor.
- Develop and maintain management plans as per contract guidelines.
- Coordinate and compile input from team members and various weekly reports.
- Develop work breakdown structure and prepare diagrams, graphs, and charts to analyze problems.
- Guide, supervise, support, train, and conduct quality control.
- Support senior staff and ensure satisfaction of project milestones and customer requirements.
- Develop business architecture project schedule as per established customer requirements.
- Describe enterprise primary business functions and determine stakeholders.
- Define organization and function transcending support, core, and strategic processes.
- Monitor project execution to achieve maximum effectiveness for international and domestic projects.
- Oversee and report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate cost and performance.
- Minimize company commercial risk through accountability of major project decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- DOE or DoD experience required
- Q or L Security Clearance required
- 5+ years of Project Controls/Project Management experience
- 5+ years in Scheduling
- 5+ years in Primavera P6
- 5+ years in Deltek Cobra
- Project Controls/Project Management certification(s) are desirable.
- Earned Value Management Certification is desired.

**Applicable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Demonstrates Expert skills with MS Office
- Well versed with MS Excel spreadsheets with advanced functions including Pivot tables, data integration, advanced manipulation, and building templates
- Expert with Primavera P6
- Knowledgeable with EVMS Cost Tools such as Cobra, MPM or P6 EV
- Demonstrates understanding and implementation of EAI 748 EVMS Standards

**General non-technical Skills Required**:

- Solid skills in analysis and reasoning.
- Experience leading groups and teams on large projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Abide by all environmental, safety, and health regulations.
- Respect, understand and value individual differences that embody the principles of diversity.
- Abide by and responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
