Title: Daycare Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Daycare assistan to join our group home daycare and provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a caregiver you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of 0 to 5 years old childrens by creating engaging activities and fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to promote learning and development in children.
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members to support the overall well-being of each child.
- Utilize effective management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities that enhance the educational experience for children.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with preschool or in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to young children in a daycare environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in babysitting or caregiving roles.
- Familiarity with infant care practices.
- Passion for educating young minds through creative and engaging activities.
- Understanding of daycare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
