We are searching for an Ambulatory Nurse Manager to oversee our outpatient clinics. In this role, you will oversee various specialties, including Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Nuclear Medicine, Neuro, Dermatology, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee nine outpatient clinics and 25 direct reports.
- Acts as an expert role model in the performance of patient care.
- Works directly with patients and staff to refine nursing intervention techniques and clinical approaches.
- Initiates and coordinates the development, revisions, and implementation of standards.
- Participates in the development and implementation of operational/capital budgets.
- Assists with hiring and orienting personnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN License.
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
**Schedule**:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, days
