We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for pet owners and their pets from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for animals.

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Process payments and handle billing tasks
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Experience**:
The following skills are required or nice-to-have for this position:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Joining our team as a Veterinary Receptionist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your passion for animals while providing essential support to our veterinary staff.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
