**Job Position**:Lead Superintendent

Work Location: Charlottesville, VA

**Salary**: $115,000 to $130,000 ** Wood-frame ground experience support salary range

Manages complex construction projects from the planning and design phase through project completion ensuring that project deliverables are successful, and that the project is completed in a cost-effective and timely manner. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for planning all construction sequencing, resource allocation, subcontractor relations and cost management. Senior Superintendents foster an exceptional job site culture that promotes mentoring, growth, and accountability for all field related aspects of the project.

**As a Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Manage a jobsite working around.
- Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
- Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
- Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
- Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
- Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
- Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

- Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
