Responsibilities:

- Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Fabricate and assemble components as needed.

Pilot for moving mobile homes, leveling mobile homes and other labor involving mobile homes.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a laborer or similar role preferred
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
