**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to security personnel in the field.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect security operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train security personnel to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and evaluate security operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the proper deployment of security personnel and resources to meet client requirements effectively.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or security breaches and prepare detailed reports as necessary.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with security personnel, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of security personnel, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Recognize and reward exceptional performance and address performance issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Recommend training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of security personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry, preferably in a field operations capacity.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to assess situations, make quick decisions, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using security technology and systems, including CCTV, access control, and incident reporting software.
- Prior Law Enforcement, Military or MINIMUM 3 years SUPERVISORY IN THE FIELD EXPERIENCE.
- Must have in your possession your own **FULL Size Name Brand weapon, NO HI-POINTS**:

- Must have **DUTY BELT/GEAR, NOT HOLSTER ATTACHED TO PANTS BELT. **Must bring to interview**:

- ** **LEVEL 3 HOLSTER REQUIRED**.
- Must have **YOUR OWN** reliable transportation to stay on the job with you **(NOT THE BUS LINE OR BE DROPPED OFF)**:

- Must be able to read and write English fluently. Bilingual ok
