Blood Lab Technician

We are looking for an “EXPERIENCED Lab Technician” who can work individually on Blood analyzers like Chemistry analyzer, Hematology analyzer and Immuno assay analyzer.

A minimum of 3 years of blood lab experience is required.

A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to standard operating procedures
- Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory equipment and instruments
- Maintain accurate records of test results and data
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or medical technology)
- Experience working in a laboratory setting
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and instruments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
