**Responsibilities**:

- Answer front desk telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages as needed.
- Greet all patients and employees entering the clinic in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of all services to provide accurate and timely information to callers and patients.
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Work as a team on a daily basis.
- Other duties as necessary to achieve clinic goals.
- Assist in social media posting and monthly newsletters.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Typing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
