This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

**We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Spring TX office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.**

**How You'll Contribute**:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for:

- Assists with the clinical care of fertility patients
- Medical Assistant/phlebotomy skills
- Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
- Provides pre and post op education
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
- Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved Support and promote excellence in customer service

**What You'll Bring**:
The skills and education we need are:

- High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
