Cashier/customer Service

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan, bag, and process customer purchases efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Promote and upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques
- Knowledge of technology products and the ability to explain product features to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in English, is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
