Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Utilize crisis intervention and management strategies
- Administer psychopharmacology treatments as needed
- Develop behavior management plans
- Offer behavioral therapy to clients
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities

Admin Duties
- Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with recruiting, training, and orientation
- Ensure the overall organization of the office (cleanliness, visitors, etc.).
- Project management,
- Auditing
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance, ordering supplies,
- Writing and reviewing various communications across the agency, while also ensuring smooth operations and processing data

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling)
- Certification as a QMHP
- Bilingual is preferred
Experience in crisis intervention and management
- Strong understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Skilled in behavior management techniques
- Experience in providing group therapy sessions
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
